Events & Administration Coordinator – Luxury Travel

About the Role

As the Events & Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting national travel events, expos, ship tours, and conferences. From managing logistics to reporting and stakeholder communication, no two days will be the same. You’ll be the engine behind seamless, high-impact event execution, supporting a passionate Sales & Events team.


SALARY: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year, Depending on experience


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating weekly Travel Lounge sessions across Australia
  • Supporting travel expos, national conferences, and luxury ship tours
  • Attending and assisting at offsite events, including evenings and weekends
  • Managing travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for the sales team
  • Handling invoices, purchase orders, and event-related admin
  • Preparing and analysing reports to support event success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers


What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience with rooming lists, table plans, and event logistics
  • Proactive and reliable with a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel interstate and attend events outside standard hours
  • Event industry qualifications or experience highly regarded

About the Role:

My client, a leader in the corporate travel space, is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive innovation and optimisation across their national travel tech ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to blend travel operations with smart automation, system integration, and digital enablement — all within a high-performing, forward-thinking business.


SALARY: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the rollout and enhancement of key travel platforms including Tramada, Zeno, Sabre, and Compleat
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
  • Collaborate across operations, account management, and vendor partners to improve user experience and platform performance
  • Deliver tailored tech solutions aligned with client policies and business goals
  • Support training, change management, and platform adoption


What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a systems, digital, or ops role within a TMC or travel-related environment
  • Hands-on experience with GDS (Sabre preferred), OBTs (like Zeno), and mid/back office platforms (like Tramada)
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Compleat)
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Passion for improving travel through technology
